Updates on UN Digitization Programme

Good news from the UN Digitization Programme!

The digitization project of the United Nations started some years ago and last week, "to mark the launch of the Statistical Yearbook 2017, the Library’s Digitization Unit scanned 55 volumes of past issues dating back to 1948".

We also knew that "as of the beginning of October 2017, 445,000 UN documents have been digitized, which represents roughly 15% percent of the UN documents identified as in need of urgent digitization".

All the documents are freely available from the catalogue: https://digitallibrary.un.org/
